FAQ
What happens when I exceed the free event limit?
When you approach the 1,000 stored event limit, we'll send you a notification to upgrade.
If you don't upgrade, new events will no longer be stored until you activate billing. Your existing data remains safe — and once you upgrade, event tracking resumes automatically.
How is pricing calculated exactly?
We charge based on the maximum number of events stored in your account during the month. For example:
- If your storage peaks at 125,000 events, you'll be charged based on that tier.
- If you delete old events and reduce usage before the next billing cycle, your next bill could be lower.

Our rates scale down automatically as you store more:
- £2 between 1,001 and 10,000 events
- £1 per 10k from 10,001 and 100,000 events
- £0.75 per 10k from 100,001 and 250,000 events
- £0.50 per 10k above 250,000 events
Can I delete or export my data?
Yes — anytime. You can export all stored events to a JSON or CSV file. You can also delete older or unwanted data to reduce storage and lower your monthly cost.Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no contracts or lock-ins. Just cancel from your dashboard and your billing will stop at the end of the current month.How long do you keep my data? (Event retention policy)
We keep your data for as long as you're using the service. If your subscription ends or billing fails, we'll notify you by email and/or Telegram.
We'll continue storing your data for 3 additional months in case you return — after that, the data will be irreversibly deleted.
You can also manually delete events at any time from your dashboard.
